Couplers :

The Rapid-Torc machines can use two types of hydraulic fitting. The classic screw connection couplings 700 bar / 10,000 psi Parker Series 3000-2 The Flat Face quick couplings 700 psi bar/10.000 CEJN Series - Advantage.

Quick couplings available in models with screw and flat face are compatible with our full range of products, but also with most components sold in the area of high-pressure hydraulics.

Gauge :

Rapid-Torc Vibragauge has been specially developed to meet the problem of excessive vibration which is the biggest single contributory factor in limiting the life of the instrument.

Each Gauge is built to match the full requirement of all industrial actors.

Hexagonal Drive :

Hexagonal Reducer Insert :

An Hexagonal Reducer Inserts (HRI) allows to reduce the Across Flat (AF) size of a ratchet link. For example, a  2” AF Hexagonal Ratchet Link (RL) can torque 2” Nuts.

Adding a Hexagonal Reducer Insert HR 200-110, it  will be now possible to torque 1 5/8” AF Nuts with the same Ratchet Link.

Only when space around nuts is spacious, the Hexagonal Reducer Insert allows to reduce the investment and to increase the potentia of your equipment.

Hydraulic Hose :

Rapid-Torc  10,000psi - 700 bar Twin Hydraulic Hoses are certified 4:1 safety ratio. That means a working pressure of 10,000psi -700 bar and four times more for the burst pressure which is 40,000 psi or 2,800 bar!

Backup Wrench :

The Rapid-Torc BK Series Backup Wrench is the simplest way to stop a nut rotation.

When torquing or loosening nuts, the thin profile of the BK Backup wrench prevents the nut on the opposite side of the stud from turning. No hydraulic, just mechanical!
